19/00507/PTPO | Horse Chestnut (T1) Excessive shading has resulted in heavy moss covering of my property roof adjacent with concerns about inability to maintain leading to severe damage. Tree has an identified 40cm diameter central rot area - our concern is that if it falls, either my property will be damaged, or others cars on the road will be damaged. It is the combination of the internal rot to the tree and the damage that is occurring to my property that has prompted my application at this time. Tree is old now with external signs of faults. Horse Chestnut (T2) Old tree but no obvious signs of deterioration, except for signs of decay in the basal area. Wish to reduce the crown to the previous points, remove deadwood and inspect annually from there on. | 12 Old Hall Drive Nottingham NG3 5EZ
